For the "Healthcare Operations and Project Management" course, I developed an animation that illustrates a scenario set in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This project aimed to visually demonstrate the key concepts and operations within a NICU, highlighting the critical aspects of healthcare project management in this specialized setting.
Once the faculty member presented me with the script, I began by storyboarding the scenes, then illustrating and animating the graphics. To enhance the animation, I generated an AI voiceover and implemented music, creating a dynamic and engaging way for students to understand the complexities and workflows of NICU operations. This animation provides an educational experience that combines visual artistry with informative content, effectively applying course concepts to real-world cases.
